“The first person I had come service my AC filled it with freon. Which is fine, but he was rude and snippy. Absolutely no customer service skills. Literally shut my door in my face as I was walking out behind him. I have it on video. Idk if he realized I was walking out too, but.. I was right behind him either way. Thats rude. Now today I had a completely separate technician come out to service my dishwasher. He showed up, pulled it out and checked some things. Out it back and left. Without telling me anything at all. I was on the couch 15ft away. I had to call Eubanks and see what was going on. They have to request a new unit via my property manager. So tellll me that. Don't just leave! Btw.. my AC was replaced and is working perfectly. The 2 gentleman that did that job were amazing!!!!!. They can do anything in my house. Friendly, communicative, honest, and efficient. Absolutely gems!! The other 2 experiences I had were nah. Do better.”

“I decided to give you thanks a second try I bought a freezer refrigerator a couple years ago the ice maker quit working on it they sent somebody out to repair it three times he never could get repaired and they just decided there was not going to fix it or replace it and now today I come in to buy a part for a washing machine they say they open at 9:00 but you can't borrow parts until 10:00 which is not shown on their website so I made my last trip there.”

“I’m sorry to have to put such a negative review for this company but I feel it necessary to be honest for others. I bought a fridge and it broke down in three days. After numerous calls they tell me they will let me know. I paid for an ice maker which they said would be installed but was delivered without one. They finally repaired fridge but weeks later no ice maker. Called my credit card company and filed a dispute. Eubanks just called me after they found out and a lady who did not say who she was and wouldn’t let me speak just told me off and hung up on me. These people were so nice until they got my money. Steer clear !!!”

“I purchased my dryer with a warranty through Farmers Furniture. Farmers Furniture uses Eubanks as an independent contractor for warranty services. I called initially because my dryer was no longer heating. They sent someone that they claimed has "over +20 years" of experience. He came to my home opened my dryer saw that the orange light from the inside and without any troubleshooting (he was in my home for less than 3 mins) and told me it was the ventilation system. I called my landlord and they sent someone out immediately and they confirmed that ventilation systems isn't the issue. I then called Eubanks back and let them know it wasn't the ventilation systems and without a care they said "well if you want us to fix it you would have to pay us $90 first!" I was shocked not only because of this experience, but the horrible customer service I experienced over the phone with Elizabeth. She went back and forth with me and insisted that it was everything BUT the dryer. Neither her or the person she sent has technically done any troubleshooting (this is my biggest concern) You can charge someone with no troubleshooting is disgusting! I called Farmers Furniture and they were shocked as well. They're sending someone else. After explaining to them what happened and providing proof that my ventilation system isn't the issue they asked me "why are you paying anything?" I plan to report them to the BBB as well.
