“I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from Max. I contacted him for a simple AC recharge, something I’ve routinely paid around $300 for every summer. Based on a neighbor’s recommendation, I decided to give him a try. Within 20 minutes of arriving and going outside to the outdoor unit, Max quoted me $685 + $250, totaling $930, telling me he put 3 pounds or ounce into the ac.The explanation didnt make sense to me buy i gave it a pass. When I questioned the numbers, he said that was the cost for adding freon. I’ve never paid anything close to that for a recharge or even a repair. After I pushed back, he suddenly removed the $250, which made the whole situation feel dishonest and manipulative. I left feeling cheated and taken advantage of. I will not be using their service again. He was courteous, and gentle though.”

“Called Fit It AC. Max came out diagnosed the issue. He returned in a few days. Clean both inside (had to cut the evaporator coils out and clean them) and the outside unit. It took time and patience. Max and his help did a great job. The AC is working great. Will definitely call again and keep up the regular maintenance cleanings.”
