He came out on a Saturday, late in the afternoon, found out the issue with my unit, made a plan and helped me figure out financing, and offered window units to cool us down! He then even checked in on us during the few days it took to get our new system in. Install was professional and quick, with even a check call that night to make sure everything was working correctly. Fast forward a week, after coming home late on the 4th of July to a non working inside unit, contact him and he was at my house the next day, just to find out my thermostat needed batteries, he changed them for me and my filter and left us with a cooling down house! A++ for sure!!”

“BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!! Installed a brand new A/C unit and heat strip within 24 hours the A/C was not working David came out days later and fixed it again (added Freon) next day same issue came out again and said everything was normal even though it was 92 in the house. Finally called Hobson air out and discovered multiple Freon leaks, no glue on the pvc drain line, drain safety switch not connected, installed no filter because it was blocked by the line set has no access. Good news over a $1,000 later Hobson air in a couple hours fixed all their mistakes and I actually have A/C now. You have been warned, several people reached out to me after my Facebook post with similar problems and had to hire other companies to finish or fix their jobs. Hobson Air for the win……..”
