“09/16/2024 Also after calling the COFW they did not pull the permits or get the inspections that were required. I was told by they COFW to call code compliance to file a report so they can investigate the company for working without permits. 09/15/2024 Don't hire these people they do crap work. Had water linking all over the place due to a clogged train. The problem is the water should have backed up into pan and secondary drain which so water wouldn't go all over my house. they ran the drain lines right in front of the filter so you can even change the filter. Also he left a bunch of trash and debris in my attic that I had to clean up. They said they how to build a new plenum boxes their idea of building a new one was to use a bunch of tape and sealant. Great experience. Numerous people kept replacing parts. They replaced my entire air handler unit.”

“I had a very disappointing experience with Grace Air & Heat HVAC. They were dispatched through my home warranty company, OneGuard, to diagnose an issue with my HVAC system. The technician came out, noticed that my unit was a mismatched system, and immediately reported back to the warranty company. However, no effort was made to help me understand what needed to be done next or how to resolve the issue. Wanting more information, I contacted Grace Air & Heat directly and requested another technician or an assessment of the situation. I even spoke with the owner, Damon, who personally scheduled an appointment to come to my home and provide an evaluation. Unfortunately, Damon never showed up for the appointment. Even more frustrating, I never received a call, text, or any communication explaining why he wasn't coming. The lack of follow-through, communication, and customer service was extremely disappointing. If you make a commitment to a customer, especially as the owner of the company, the least you can do is communicate if plans change. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Grace Air & Heat HVAC.”

“- Downstairs Furnace not working on a Carrier heating and cooling unit. A/C works but not the heat. - Company hired by American Home Shield. Our Tech comes out, opens up the unit and got it working within about 20 minutes. - 10 minutes later comes down stairs and stated something was wired wrong and I needed a new blower that won't be covered under AHS because it wasn't due to normal wear and tear. - Leaves everything open broke our Christmas statue that was not even where he was working, tells me he would be back. Didn't hear back from them till the next day and they tell me it's gonna be a $900.00+ repair. - Called another company they came out fixed it in like 20 minutes put every back the way it was supposed to be and charged me 70 dollars. - AHS charged me 89 dollars to get Grace to come out, break our Mickey Mouse Christmas statute, leave our AC torn apart and not be contacted after 24 hours just to try and overcharge me for a repair I didn't need. I wouldn't recommend American Home Shield or Grace to anyone looking for AC repairs.”
