“Had an odd request for them - to install a split AC in a workshop. I had already purchased the unit and pre-installed the inside wall unit, and had the outside pad leveled. I needed them to install and prep compressor and get everything connected to the power as supplied. It took a while to get them over because Fort Worth was experiencing a May/June monsoon season, but the minute it dried out they were on the phone asking if I had given up on them. I had not. The technicians arrived faster than promised and were efficient in the final install. I like the fact that they were watching the details - I said I had 220, but they checked anyway. “Trust but verify!” I paid their hourly rate for time used. I found them to be on their game, efficient, great communication and I will have them back for other AC/H needs. First experience went very well.”

Dale the president of the company came out to look at our 35-year-old systems to give me a quote on replacement, he was very knowledgeable. I quoted 4 other AC companies, some Carrier some other brands. There were a few quotes that were marginally cheaper but the equipment either was of a less reputable brand or the company rep that came out knew less about the AC systems than I did.
