“Rocky, did an excellent job and was very informative through out the diagnostic process. He also explained options for fixing the AC unit to make it most cost effective. We had an expensive repair and Luke in the project department assisted us immediately with getting the process for financing completed and in the most cost effective way. The team that showed up for the install (Ernesto, Augustin) also explained every step and went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. Great company, great service, great compassion.”
