There was supervision by Tim to start the project, and he even followed up over the weekend, just to make sure everything was perfect. “It was 111 degrees and my home air conditioning system stopped working. I called Ideal Comfort in the morning and even though they were overwhelmed with repair requests, I was told that they would do their best to make it that same day. That afternoon the owner of the business, Tim Cordt, arrived at my house. He diagnosed the problem with the system and had the needed parts in stock. He performed the repair and my system was blowing cold air in a short amount of time. But what was most impressive is that he thoroughly checked my entire system. He found a part that was worn and advised me that I needed to replace it ASAP. He was able to identify and repair a wiring problem that was due to an incorrect installation performed at least 6 years earlier. It was definitely a safety hazard and I doubt I would have ever known about it if I had called a different company. Tim also repaired vents that hadn't worked for a decade or so. I have never dealt with anybody that was as professional or knowledgeable as Tim. I would recommend Ideal Comfort to anybody that requires air conditioning repair or service. You won't be sorry.”
