“We found Infinity through a family member who'd recommended them. They're a smaller company so there are no "press 1 to speak to..." prompts on the phone. When you call, you speak directly to the owner. No hoops. Service was quick and pricing is fair and competitive. Most service companies just give you a list of what needs to be repaired and a price, but Infinity explained WHY each component/repair is needed. Very comprehensive. Technicians are fast, *very* clean and respectable. The last time I needed their services, I contacted them at 6:45 AM and they were at my home by 7:30AM. All around an excellent company to work with and I would recommend anyone to reach out to Infinity before calling some big giant company who won't remember your name. Attention to detail is great. When they refilled my attic's insulation, they cleaned out all the trash left by previous contractors; they didn't have to do that and I would've likely never known about it.
