“Definitely give Silver Spur a call to quote your new AC system. I found them near the end of my search for a full AC replacement, and I'm glad I did. Josh and his team have a great, common-sense approach, and were great to work with. I knew I wanted an inverter-based side-discharge system, but I had some challenging zones that had caused my previous unit to fail prematurely. Josh had the experience and knowledge to recommend a Goodman side-discharge system paired with an EWC zone control board that could handle the communication properly between the thermostats and the newer technology. He was one of the few contractors who truly understood my situation; he explained exactly how the variable-speed system and zoning would benefit me over an old 1- or 2-stage system (which would overrun my smaller zone) because it could be programmed for a lower load percentage. After getting about 8 quotes, Silver Spur was very competitively priced. They offered a system I felt good about that met my needs without overspending (whereas most other companies wanted me to spend double what I ended up spending here). He also included the surge protector that was not quoted, which I appreciated. The only reason I can't give a full 5 stars is because they were incredibly busy and missed a few attention-to-detail items. I am a very technical person and had to point out a couple of installation details that weren't to my satisfaction, though they gladly adjusted them when asked. I also ended up doing some fine-tuning myself on the zone wiring and board controls to get the system running as efficiently as possible. While I likely could have called them out to handle it, after a few texts and late-night calls showing things weren't quite dialed in, a premier company would have proactively offered to come back out and verify everything. I also had some scrap screws and wire pieces in my emergency drain pan that I had to clean up. They work hard but also work fast. Overall, a very solid 4-star experience. I highly recommend them for their knowledge and fair pricing—just keep an eye on the finishing touches.”

“Professional work Professional communication, explained what was being done and what needed to be done as well as being concerned with what happens when u prolong. Cleaned up the best he could. Their smiles did it for me and eye contact ,they love what they do and it shows . Been having a leak for months and they r the only company that was concerned enough to find it .( I've had several other plumbers here tell me there's no leak meter not running but water bill doubled ,silver spur found it.)”

The digital assistant that they have answering the phones after hours is quite advanced but was unable to assist me directly with an appointment. However as soon as the business opened the next morning I received a call from Pam who got me added to the schedule straight away. I really appreciate the efficiency and urgency in which my need was taken care of. I would absolutely call this company again. I really appreciate them sending out knowledgeable techs. I had warranty work done so I can't advise on labor pricing. In the future if I have non-warranty work done I will update.”
