Keish Enterprises Inc Dba Ductz Of Dfw N runs air duct cleaning and dryer vent services from the Fort Worth area with Kent as owner. The company takes residential and commercial calls for HVAC restoration work along with post construction cleaning and condenser coil jobs. Their listed address sits in Southlake and they list coverage across McKinney Frisco Flower Mound and nearby spots. Hours run from seven in the morning until eight at night Sunday through Friday with Saturday closed.

Homeowners have described HVAC system cleaning jobs where one worker arrived early without an invoice and could not reach Kent who was said to be in a meeting so the visit ended without work. Other calls brought Chris and Corey who handled each duct one at a time and gave old vents needed attention before they cleared plastic sheeting and vacuumed up any fallen dust. Repeat customers noted the quoting stayed clear and competitive while crews used protective pads to limit stray particles and finished by leaving the space clean.

Technicians arrive when booked and crews respond to initial calls within minutes according to the accounts. They keep communication direct during the job and focus on full cleanup before departure. Service covers the listed hours most days with emphasis on showing up ready and handling both single homes and multi unit dryer vent needs.

“Very Unprofessional ! Kent, the owner, Scheduled to send his workers between 13:00 - 13:30 for our HVAC system cleaning. One guy showed up at 12:15 without any invoice for the job ! ... The worker couldn't contact the owner, and he excused that he is in a "meeting". So he left and asked us to call later to re-schedule. Kent, the owner, did not return our call and text messages and then next day when we called again he was very ignorant and denial to take responsibility. He was not up the job and refused to offer "Service". Total waste of our time and trust. We couldn't let anyone like this just walk to our property and start working on our system without proper service agreement and documented invoice for the job. Please stay away from this so called "business" !”

“I found the listing for this company on Angi. I imput my information & within 10 min I received a call from Kent. He was very kind & informative. I contacted a few others, but was impressed with this companies immediate response. My appointment was for 10:30am on 1/26/23 @ at 10:30 on the dot my doorbell rang. Chris & Corey were very kind & answered any questions I had. They were very thorough in the cleaning of my ducts & did each one individually. They also cleaned all of my vent that are 22yrs old & very much needed TLC. After the job was done they cleared all of the plastic used to cover any furniture as well as vacuumed the floor of any dust debris that may have fallen. I recommended them to a friend before they even left & will recommend this company to anyone who would need this type of work done. Definitely a 10/10 rating.”

“I am a repeat customer and the experience with this company has been consistently good. The quoting process has been transparent and competitive with other providers, the technicians arrive on time and ready with protective pads to capture any particles going astray, and they make sure to cleanup before they leave.”
