“I wish I could give this place a good review but GOD knows I can't. From day one we had problems soon as we entered the building, the respiratory and nurse was rude and very unprofessional I had to pray to keep from reacting in a ugly way. They put my Mother in a room that looked as if it was under construction the paint, they had her in a bed that I was told wasn't even supposed to be used, the heart monitor kept malfunctioning, the pure wick did work found her soak and wet on several occasions before they realized it wasn't working. The aides don't do they Job there was one that wouldn't change my Mother Told My Sister She wasn't being rude shebDidn't Feel Good. LORD knows I'm glad I wasn't here that evening. We have to rotate shifts as if we work here just to make sure our Mother is taken care of. I was a Nurse Aide for 26 years so that helps because I can take care her while she here. I've talked to the DON get apology things seem to get better then we back at square one. She don't seem to be getting any better seems as if we are going backwards I know it's GOD'S will and I trust him but this place I would not recommend. I'm trying as we speak to have her moved praying to GOD to a better place. The way these people work is is unacceptable, I have to clean the room, yesterday there was no linen on the bed and she was laying in it on the blue mattress again I wasn't here my sister sit in the evening I do the mornings but until I get her moved I'll be here because my sister act as if she can't speak up and instead of calling me when it's happening and taking videos and pictures like I do she tells me the next day and I say again I wouldn't be posting lies on this business but this is my experience here and I can prove it I keep documentation they truly needed to do better. I pray they get better at how they're letting this place be ran. All I have gotten is worry after worry we going through enough we should be able to come visit not worry and work like we are on their clock!!!! This is on the second floor and let me say there are some Angels working here but there's also some workers that just don't have the care and compassion I pray GOD remove them send them to work doing what they love because from what I experience I don't think taking care of people is their calling.”

“Kindred has been an amazing place they treated me great took care of me great especially There Tech Crystal in PCU she did an amazing job always knew how to make me feel comfortable and was always with great spirits she went above and beyond she took care of me with so much care and patience always had a smile always knew the right thing to say kindred is lucky to have an individual like her . Crystal is the best tech at kindred a person like her theres not many and I was blessed to have someone take care of me like she did has a heart of gold . As for the nurses they did amazing thank you to Jennifer she is one amazing nurse such great knowledge had the best humor always made me feel welcomed and made me feel so safe she has the best attitude I’ve seen in a nurse. And the respiratory department one big thanks to Carlos and Roger and Kathy ! Roger always had all the information needed was very helpful as for Carlos always has an answer to everything always knew my needs and has such good attitude and work ethic and always was nice to me and Kathy was such a sweet lady always had great attitude and did everything in such a timely manner! Kindred thank you for always being such a good place to recover in !”

“Kindred has been the best hospital by far everyone was so welcoming ! Our PCT in PCU Crystal was one of the best we ever had she was always with a smile willing to help with no hesitation always made sure we were ok took care of my mother greatly she is an amazing person who kindred is very Lucky to have Crystal as a tech she forever will be one of the best in our hearts she has the greatest energy possible she always brought a smile and always had our mother well cared for . The RT department is the best especially Carlos and Roger always had great work ethic and always had an answer even to the toughest questions. The nurses were amazing as well especially Carlos and Cece they always knew how to treat my mother they are by far one of the best nurses at kindred as in everyone else did a great job always so helpful thanks kindred”

“I really feel like GOD sent me here to such a great hospital. The nurses are such a blessing. Kitchen and cleaning staff were awesome. The wound care team are a god sent. I feel the staff so many years experience, love and compassion . I feel kindred is focusing on the care and wellness of their patients. I feel everyone is a team player. Sitting and just talking to me even if it wasn’t their job I am so greatful . Highly recommend 100%”

“Well my buddy went in for wound care leaving in worse shape than he went in. Got a UTI, still not cleared up. Still sending him out after doctor told me he wasn't leaving and needed a wound vac. This hospital got paid substantial amounts of money to heal up his wounds, but now they say he doesn't qualify for more treatment. Case Manager will tell you one thing one day then do the opposite. Doctor is supposed to be the final say but that is not the case. They didn't turn him enough to let his wounds heal. Didn't check for a UTI until I pressed the situation for 5 days. Then they never cathed him again for over a month. I dont recommend them at all. If you have someone here, you better be up there everyday, writing down everything they do. I feel for anyone who has no one to advocate for them. After getting him to a new facility, they said he was in too bad of shape to ever be sent here. He is now headed to the hospital. Kindred did nothing good to help him. They never set up his dialysis treatments before shipping him out. I will be filing complaint with the State and any other regulatory entity I can. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE! Update: he died one day after being discharged.”
