“Edit: I also hired Long’s Electric to install an upgraded electrical panel. The install was so clean and Tommy installed the equipment I wanted. Very happy with the service! I would recommend Long Electric to my neighbors because they are professionals! I had a DI-Don’t fiasco on my hands and tried for days to get my ceiling fan replacement to work. Tommie came and fixed it within an hour! I explained what I was trying to accomplish and he made it happen. This company is local and established. I received text message confirmations, reminders, and notifications with Tommie’s visit so you know who is coming. Go with the safe, local and knowledgeable company! I am glad I called them!”

“Needed a meter base replaced due to a storm. Was willing to pay a premium to get it done. I figured 2500 would be high but I would go with it to get me tenant back in working order. Long sent an estimate for 3900 and said that it would have to be paid in full prior to the job being started. I have never heard of such nonsense. I ended up using BakerBrothers. Job was completed in one day at $1500. Less than half the price of Long Electric. The did not ask for a final payment until the job was passed via the city. Beware of LONG HEAT AND AIR. Go with BakerBrothers or anyone else. Update: I don’t know who made this review. I just found out. What I will say is that I’ve always seen you doing good so I changed my rating to 5 stars.”
