“I stopped at Loves to get a tire repaired. This started at 930 or 10 am it was 2 before they was able to get started. The shop manager made me give them the key to my truck to them. It was 430 before they finished the truck. Not being used to giving up the keys I drove off with out them. There store refused to bring them to me on the road. It was 100 mile before I realized what had happened l. I would have paid for a service call, but they wasn't having it. Maybe I am asking too much. Maybe I have been in trucking to long to think they could have help me. I will say this that store has an individual by the name Jacquelyn Laird. That is absolutely a awesome individual. They need to promote him as soon as possible. He was able to keep a calm demeanor in dealing with me. My hat is off to you sir.”
