“This past weekend we had our heating and cooling system replaced by Magnolia Heating and Cooling. From start to finish the service and communication was excellent. We received 3 quotes from 3 highly rated companies in our area (Moreno Valley). While they were all pretty much in same price range, we selected Magnolia over the others for a few different reasons. 1) They offered several different discounts; others would only offer 1. We had military, senior, and AAA all applied. 2) Permits and inspections included. and 3) they had the best warrenties: Lifetime Craftmanship, and a 10-year Labor Warrenty. The communication with the salesman (Dominque) and his office support (Espy) was excellent. The servicemen (3-they introduced themselves, but I am sorry I don't remember their names) showed up on time and finished the job in one day. They too were great in every manner. All of our issues were handled professionally and efficiently. We have only had the system now for 2 days, but it has been pretty hot outside (100+ F) and everything has performed GREAT.”
