“Rico and his helper (I don't recall his name) were both fantastic. I needed a new 220V line run in my shop for a 2-post lift. I didn't plan ahead very well to schedule the work in advance, but despite this Mansfield Plumbing sent Rico's team out the same day. They were able to estimate and get the work done all in one day to get me up an running.”

“We had a great experience. Jesee Calzada came to our house and found the issue with our AC and was here less than an hour and our AC is up and running again. They came out same day and it was a free estimate. The arrived within 3 hours of me making the appointment. He was so good. Jesee was professional and gave us clear pricing. I would love to have him at our house again if we ever need anything. It was SO HOT in our house earlier and now it is already cooling down and feeling so much better. Jesee is great!”

“i had a leak in my water line about one year ago and had a mediocre experience with this company. the technician "couldn't find the leak" despite a flag from my water company being stuck in the ground directly over the broken section of pipe which was about 1.5 feet away from my water meter. that was fine and was handled in the end, and they've serviced my air conditioner a time or two with no complaints from me, which is where the two stars come from, but the most recent experience just a few weeks ago has pushed me to make this review. we have a membership with the company and it's supposed to get us a discount on their services as well as a few yearly maintenance checkups, but despite the supposed discount the membership includes, i was still quoted $9,400 to repair another leak in my water line. i declined their service and was able to dig up and repair the pipe myself in just one day. in my opinion it's ridiculous that the person they sent who's supposedly a plumber wasn't able to pick up a shovel and dig the broken pipe out to repair it (which was visible and exposed to the open air, it's not like we didn't know where the leak was originating from) and instead wanted to call in an outsourced excavation company for more than 5 thousand dollars. not to mention the other ~4k of the quote i was given. seriously, does it really cost 4 thousand dollars to replace a 2 ft section of pipe? the company has been texting me incessantly, urging me to leave a review, so here it is. i genuinely hate giving bad reviews to people who are just trying their best to run a trustworthy business and help others, but based on the experiences i've had with this company i cannot recommend them. i'm sure they excel at some things but for plumbing/water line repairs i believe there's better options. i also find it a tad suspicious that this company only has a single one star review on google, and the rest are five stars. i genuinely hope that most people are completely satisfied with the service they receive from this place but i wanted to make my experience with them known as well.”

“Emergency toilet syndrome, water spraying & running under walls & fixtures..!! Everyone did a great job.. Scheduling was handled smoothly & promptly followed up with updates.. Tech response time was very reasonable considering my call was placed approx 12/noon.. Daniel (technician) was polite, personable, & professional. He asked questions to determine a client friendly solution, following a thorough yet quick assessment and answered my several questions in a calm manner. After our discussion he mapped out a plan with 4 possible options that provided me, as a client, to make choices that fit my life instead of the typical 1 choice, take it or leave it scenario experienced with other vendors… Greatly appreciated..!! The plan choice was promptly installed & operational far sooner than expected..!! All in all, the best plumbing call I’ve experienced..!! 6 Stars in my opinion..!!”
