“My experience has been horrible. When it was Sparkle Pools, I had great service. Mars took over and it has been nothing but issues. I went almost a month with no service and zero communication (according to their records) My pool was green and I have had to pay extra to get it back to normal. I have called several times and told they would get back to me and never did. On top of it all, I got a letter stating they are raising our rates. Still trying to get my money back and switched to a new company. Horrible service.”

When I called to inquire I was told “I’m new here and I don’t know”. They can’t even tell me the last time they have been here. Of course the invoice comes on time with no mention that they are not providing me with a service to pay for. I have contacted my lawyer who will be in touch.
