“Will is a true professional with a wealth of experience and knowledge. I was house sitting for a friend when he performed annual maintenance on the AC. I was so impressed with his customer service, knowledge and experience that I switched companies and set up a maintenance plan for my rental property. Nancy in the office was great to deal with, and the technician, Jim was also very professional. My AC had a leak in the coolant line, and it was found and resolved very quickly on a follow up visit. I did not have to wait long for a follow up visit. Follow up was needed because it was a 4-6 hour repair job. Nancy reminded me to keep them in mind for my heater in the fall and at not point did anyone try to upsell me on anything.
