About

Multifamily Hvac Service Llc works out of Fort Worth and handles HVAC needs for multi family buildings across the DFW area. They take on new equipment installs for apartment complexes and replace worn out roof top units or exhaust fans with energy efficient models from trusted brands. Their crew handles split systems, mini splits, P Tac and V Tac units that run on electric, gas, or heat pump power. The company scopes projects carefully for general contractors and property managers so the work lines up with building plans and keeps tenants comfortable without extra headaches.

They send trained techs to job sites to evaluate options and put in the right equipment for each complex. Anthony arrived on time for one call, checked the system, and fixed the issue without dragging things out. Field techs show up ready to work, and the office staff answers questions straight so homeowners know what to expect. Jobs range from full new construction installs to quick repairs on older units that break during peak Texas heat. The team manages the whole process from start to finish, including exhaust fan replacements and system upgrades that cut energy use.

Homeowners note the techs stay professional, show respect on the job, and get repairs done right without delays or extra costs. Calls get handled by people who know the equipment, and work finishes on schedule even when the weather pushes systems hard. That record of solid fixes, clear updates, and fair rates holds up across plenty of multi family jobs. DIRT Score 5 from 592 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

This was the 2nd time we have called on Butler's HVAC Service. Everyone was absolutely wonderful. The lady that took my call was so pleasant to talk to. She didn't just answer the phone, she was very knowledgeable. Also, the field technicians were great at their job and showed up when they were supposed to. Did the job and they were out of there. You got the feeling they really cared that we were having a problem. Yep, Butler's has our business.

Butler's HVAC Services, were outstanding! The technician (Anthony) arrived on time, was very professional and respectful. Did a great job in diagnosing and fixing the problem. I highly recommend them for your HVAC services.

Caution: This review reflects only our experience with Butler's while working through American Home Shield (AHS). Butler's and AHS left my 80-year-old mother without reliable air conditioning for approximately three weeks. During the first service visit, the technician stated that he could not find anything wrong with the unit. He reported that the refrigerant level was adequate, the coils were clean, and the system appeared to be operating normally. However, my mother had photos showing a 7-degree difference between the thermostat setting and the actual temperature in the home. The technician suggested the system was running hot due to direct sunlight, despite my mother also having photos showing the same temperature discrepancy at night. After contacting AHS again, Butler's was assigned for a second visit following another week of inadequate cooling. During this visit, the technician again stated that he could not identify any issues and suggested the system was simply operating inefficiently because of its age. He presented only two possible solutions: installing an attic fan or replacing the entire HVAC system. Before leaving, he indicated that he would submit his recommendations to AHS for review. The next day, when we contacted Butler's to determine the next steps, we were informed that the technician's report stated my mother was interested in purchasing a new system. The office staff also advised that because no problem had been identified, no maintenance or repairs could be performed—a position that AHS later confirmed. As a result, we contacted AHS again and were told that nothing could be done until the review process was completed, leaving my mother without a resolution while her air conditioning continued to malfunction. Ultimately, we decided to seek help elsewhere. We contacted another HVAC company, and they identified and repaired the problem the very next day. We hope our experience was an isolated incident and not representative of the quality of work provided by Butler's when servicing AHS customers.

If you’re looking for honest and reliable service, this company wasn’t the right fit for me. They wanted to schedule the work for next week and expected me to wait, which simply wasn’t acceptable given the situation. There are plenty of other companies willing to come out the same day and get the job done without the sales pitch about why waiting is your only option. I ended up finding another company, and my AC is working today instead of having to wait until next week. Just sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision.

Butler’s HVAC did an excellent job! They arrived on time, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and quickly fixed my heating issue. The technician was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I really appreciate their reliability and great customer service. Highly recommend Butler’s HVAC!
