“Sad that companies take advantage of people the way this one does. There's a reason the trucks and trailers operated through norco should be put out of service. It's nothing to see one of the trailers without any brakes whatsoever. Scary to load and unload because of it. Better than 50% of their trailers have no brakes. 😔”
