“As a Realtor, Jere is the my first call for honest inspections, maintenance, and repairs for HVAC for my buyers and sellers. I also trust him personally to maintain my home and rental units and recommend him to all my family, friends, and clients.”

“Jerry Putnam with Putnam Service was hired by a real estate agent representing the buyer to inspect my HVAC system at my home that is on the market for sale. This "professional" took it upon himself to make unprofessional comments on every aspect of my 2 year old home that had nothing to do with the AC unit. He made comments about the actual build of my home, the inside aspects of my home, he made comments "I can't believe they would allow this home built in this neighborhood." Commented that "I wouldn't buy this house if it were me." Made comments about the duct work, insulation, my barn door in living room not being installed correctly, remarks about "poorly built", etc. All of this is outside of his scope of work and he was there for HVAC inspection only. This all said in front of the buyers agent and my agent. My agent had to tell him to leave. I have the belief that this is the cause for the buyers to back out of the contract and will be pursing my options. This is highly unprofessional and me being a real estate professional, I will dissuade using this man or his company to any clients.”
