“I would like to start by saying that I will never be using these people again and I don’t think that you should either. I am giving 2 stars instead of only 1 because they were able to fix one of our AC units, but that’s the only thing they fixed. We called them out to check both of our AC units because neither one was running. For one of them he was able to replace a capacitor and it started right up, easy. For the second one he said it wasn’t receiving a signal but he tried replacing the capacitor “just in case” and that didn’t fix it. So then he tried measuring the output from the thermostat and saw that one of the wires wasn’t sending a signal. After he walked around for a few minutes he told us there must be a broken wire inside of the wall that we would have to hire an electrician to replace. After he left I looked and the only issue was a loose wire going into the thermostat. After I tightened it down the AC unit started right up. Because of his negligence we could have paid a bunch of money to hire an electrician, and for what? Tightening a screw? That’s not the end of it either. We also asked if he could take a look at one of the units because it was causing a leak from the ceiling and he claimed that the only thing it could be is a clogged drain line so he blew it out and told us it wouldn’t happen any more. Well later that night I stepped into a puddle because it wasn’t a clogged drain line. I had to crawl around to discover it was a crack in the plastic drip tray. We had also asked if he could take a look at our upstairs heating system because it wasn’t working but by that point he told us to call back in the fall because we wouldn’t need heat for a few months. And after calling to inform them of these issues they ignored us and are still going to charge for all of this “labor” and unnecessary replacement parts. The technician was rushing out the door the whole time he was there because he had a bunch more jobs to do that day and we weren’t the priority. Either this company needs to hire more people so that the technicians can take their time when on the job or they need to improve their training process because these things should not get missed.”
