They serve both homes and businesses by tackling issues with all kinds of heating and cooling equipment. The crew knows how to handle everything from basic maintenance to full replacements when a system fails completely. With regular training, they stay up to date on efficient ways to keep utility bills in check while providing steady performance year after year. What Customers Say
“Highly recommend Ross HVAC! Jeff and his team were very attentive and thorough in their efforts to diagnose and repair our system. Ultimately it required a replacement but Jeff was extremely courteous and professional in how the matter was handled. The install crew were excellent and very respectful of being in our house. No complaints and will definitely use them again!”
“Fast, friendly, reliable, bilingual, efficient, honest repair. Best A/C company I’ve ever worked with. The tech, Damien, was a gentleman and took his time explaining the diagnosed issues and made proper notes and made suggestions of tackling all the issues on this brand new system. Also the 3-4 hour fix, repair, charge and text, took less than one hour, After the found, soldered and sealed my system leak. System is running perfectly, and I couldn’t be more pleased with Ross A/C!”
“We have been working with Ross AC for many years and they never disappoint. Easy to set an appt, never too far out, text when on the way, hit the appt window on time, and technician explains the issue and solution. Highly recommend Ross AC.”
“Ross Air Conditioning is great! I enjoy working with them. All of their techs are super nice and knowledgeable. I have used them since 2019 for maintenance, service, & repairs!”
“Ross Airconditioning came in to help us disconnect HVAC lines when we were in the middle of a framing project and needed to install large LVL beams across our living room. They also helped with connecting everything back together. Since then there is definitely a leak somewhere that they didn't close properly as our unit when running is blowing air at temperature in mid 60s and rising by day, which probably means that refrigerant is leaking. I would recommend you look elsewhere. UPDATE: Vendor responded with notes about second unit claiming that is the issue but it is absolutely nothing to do with what I am saying. My review is related to the unit they worked on, the downstairs unit. 100% there is a leak in the line they worked on and claim they put back together and the photo posted is from the vent connected to that unit. I even paid for the diagnostic by a different contractor just to make sure and they indeed confirmed that the refrigerant is leaking (slowly but leaking) out of the line that Ross "fixed" Look elsewhere or you'll end up having to do it multiple times and paying multiple contractors to fix your system correctly!!!”
