“6/2/2026. 6:00 pm Some of your workers need to retake a driving test or lose their license all together. It’s raining heavily and they were speeding and weaving through cars almost hitting several when everyone was yielding to first responders with their lights on. All to end up at the same light as everyone else. Everyone is just trying to get home safe. Do better.”

“I called Dalworth Clean for dryer vent cleaning. I guess it was contracted out since Shirley Air showed up to do the work. After the work was completed I continued getting a dryer vent blockage notification on the dryer. Another company came and verified that there was restricted airflow causing a high dryer temperature. So I contacted a different business to come check for the blockage. It was determined that the blockage was on the vent screen on the roof, something the Shirley Air technicians didn’t even check. As it turns out the vent they said they check and cleaned wasn’t even the dryer vent. Based on this I wouldn’t recommend either Dalworth or Shirley. Sloppy work”

Angel and Tyrell showed up promptly, got right to work immediately, and identified that a clerical error was made with which replacement unit was needed but they worked quickly to get it replaced and returned the same day to get everything installed. Angel made sure to educate me on every step of the process and kept me informed on where they would be in my home at all times. And got me a replacement filter. I really appreciate Tyrell cleaning up before they left, too. Too many times have contractors done work and left a mess behind. The little attention to details makes the best customer experiences. I did run into a hiccup w the thermostat not connecting to the unit that evening and called the next morning and Pedro was back out and got everything working before the afternoon was even over. I am beyond pleased with the service provided and will be recommending to Shirley Air whenever possible. 🖤”
