“Outstanding service from start to finish! The Law Office of William D. Pruett handled my case with professionalism and attention to detail. “Do not recommend! They used up my retainer and then wrote up the wrong paperwork. Went back on what my entire case was about and acted confused when I said the paperwork was wrong. They said we had to restart entire process saying it was not what I asked for. Which was not true, I even had brought a witness to my consult as well as had all my notes. I was very clear from the beginning as I did not have the funds nor the time to waste. I did not make the timeline I wanted and they promised, so I have had many personal problems as a result of this and out all the money.”

“Definitely keep scrolling in the next Lawyer. BIll was a referral from another attorney, I thought we would be able to go into court and at least make some progress. At no point was Bill aggressive, fight against the other side, and he will have a discussions with other sides before even consulting with his client. Bill worked 2 cases for me and charged me a lot of money and asked for more. There was a time that my trust for my first case had just enough to finish the case, but because my second trust ran out of money he took from the first one without consulting with me. When I asked about it, he responded with "It doesn't matter if its paid from the right pocket or left, I have to get paid." I am aware of that but again no consulting with his client. He was fired immediately. I paid Bill a lot of money and ended up right where I started (ZERO PROGRESS). I brought in a ton of court documents, mugshots, different orders against the other party and Bill didn't even look through them. He did charge me to make all of those copies though. Once court happened he did what he does best "REST". Bill will tell you he is driving the ship and you have to be ok with his decisions. I'm here to tell you his decisions will NOT be good for you at all. Find another lawyer ASAP I recommend running as far away from this office as possible. There are too many great lawyers around to settle on this office.”

“If I could give a zero I would AVOID.. Like most I got referred to him by another lawyer.. First I went to him first to get the other party served first.. We'll that never happened and on top of that he called me multiple times asking me about my case and forgetting about it.. 2nd off I go no updates on my case could not talk to me about it just show up.. Was spost to get a call about it but never called. Just horrible all around.. Your better off representing yourself than hiring him..”
