“Friendly and knowledgeable service. I had routine maintenance done, and the technician diagnosed a furnace issue I had been having that could have been a bigger problem down the road. Service was quick, and I was very happy with the price.”

“We called a tech to come take a look at the furnace because this is the unit the builder put into the house supplied by Tempco. They quoted my wife $85 and charged us nearly double that. Spoke to a less than helpful person in their billing department (after trying to contact them multiple times to resolve this issue) and was informed that it was nearly a "service call charge". No effort on Tempco side to remedy this situation at all. We will not be using them in the future. No receipt was given until I had to ask their billing department to provide one. The tech cleaned the flame sensor and used our supplied filter. Not worth the amount they charged us and terrible customer service. Any business that just takes a customer's card after quoting them one price and then charging a different amount and then make it fall back on the customer to play catch up with them is a terrible business model. Plenty of other HVAC services in the area that won't give us this problem and that we will be happy to give our business to. Not Tempco, they have lost that trust. I could not imagine in my line of work charging a customer more than what they were quoted without explanation and then expect the customer to beg for me to follow up. Unacceptable business practice and I will be going to BBB about this as well.”

“I was told I needed wires grounded and the furnace was releasing a lot of condensation that dripped outside and caused an ice build up. Actually, everything was alright , I was shown how furnace works and the circuit box that hooks up to furnace is grounded, but the other wire was connected for my piece of mind. The condensation drips were normal. I was very satified”
