“Your monopoly on our electrical lines are hurting the people of this town. With the influx of new customers thanks to new additions I would have hoped you wouldn't raise prices..but you as a business did. Your higher ups care more for the benefit of their own pockets and not the people. I'm truly disappointed and feeling helpless since I cannot go elsewhere for my electrical business. What was once around a $250 bill during normal weather is now around $550.. Be better Tri-County.”

“I can't begin to express my gratitude for tri county this evening. A snake blew the transformer and we had no power. Tri county was on it and we had power back in about 30 min. I wish I would have gotten the name of the sweet guy that first showed up. He was very helpful and polite, had us up and going in no time. Thank you!”

“Your only option for power, they charge you whatever the heck they feel like and slow to fix anything. A whole home generator is a need not a want if you are going to move out here. We are going on 3 days with no power and water because we are all on well. Horrible situation to be in with three babies. Last year same thing happened with just a newborn and in the winter it’s the same stuff, constantly going without power and water. Sickening.”
