“We had a great experience with Jake from True Blue. Really down to earth, honest guy. We enjoyed talking to him for a while about our units. We liked that he was not trying to push the sale of new units-like SO many other companies have tried to do in the past. Our philosophy is we will ride them out until they die or a part can't be replaced. He agreed and was transparent about the different costs for various new units etc. This company came as a recommendation from a Geek Squad installer actually who used them too. We really like that they are small and family owned and just very tried and true. Cost for a tune up and labor was fair too. Great company and we HIGHLY recommend them.”
