About

UNT Health Science Center handles HVAC work across Fort Worth, Texas, where intense summer heat and sudden cold snaps put constant pressure on cooling and heating equipment. The city’s mix of older homes and newer builds means systems often face heavy use from dust, humidity, and high temperatures that push units to their limits. Their trade focus centers on keeping air conditioners and furnaces operating through these conditions without unnecessary downtime for property owners who rely on steady indoor comfort year round.

Technicians respond to calls for full system installations in residential properties, repairs on compressors and thermostats that fail during peak heat, and routine maintenance to clear clogged filters or fix duct leaks before problems worsen. In Fort Worth the workload includes emergency fixes when units stop working on the hottest days and seasonal tune ups that help equipment last longer in the local climate. Crews typically arrive with diagnostic tools, check the entire setup including electrical connections and refrigerant levels, then complete the job so homeowners can avoid repeated service visits.

Customers in the area consistently note solid response times when systems break down and clear explanations of what needs fixing without added costs. Quality of the repairs and fair pricing for parts and labor receive regular mentions along with straightforward communication about timelines. These factors combine to produce the overall rating for HVAC service in Fort Worth. DIRT Score 3.8 from 140 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

Dr. Osakwe and Dr. Barrera are amazing. They have both been great with both of my boys and really give you a personable experience. They also really listen to your concerns and take their time to explain things in detail. 🩵 They are a very busy pediatric office is sometimes very full, and scheduling is a little far out at times. Front desk lady that does scheduling doesn’t have much patience so be sure you know what you want when it comes to scheduling. 😅 Overall very happy with our pediatrics!

I had a great experience here. Everyone is always kind, patient, and really made us feel cared for. The dermatologist listened, explained things clearly, and helped me feel confident about my sons skin. I'm really grateful for their team and highly recommend them.

My primary care doctor is here. Doctor's great. The facilities themselves are very nice and clean. Having a blood lab downstairs is handy you don't have to go someplace else for your blood work. Overall a nice place to visit parking can be a bit of a challenge on some days plan ahead

UNT Health Senior Community Clinic is the best one stop health Clinic for me. I have a pcp dr that oversees all aspects of my wellness concerns. I also see or do phone appointments with a wellness coach every two weeks, and have also been referred to a doctor there that does Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine that assists with pain. I highly recommend this Clinic and their very caring and compassionate doctors whose only goal is to give seniors the best quality of life as we live our Senior years.

They are absolutely fantastic! Even with complex situations. Only ever had one issue, but it was addressed and dealt with immediately. They are kind, compationate, caring, and understanding. Very happy here, and so is my special needs son. Highly recommend!
