“Our AC wouldn’t stay on suddenly in the middle of the day. I figured it was a bad capacitor but they got someone out within a couple hours and they determined it was actually a clogged drain line. They also recommended some alterations to the way the line was vented by the company that installed the unit, and the price to do so was really reasonable. I worked with Webb a fair bit for a past employer and was always impressed by their techs. This is the first time I’ve used them as a residential customer and I was equally impressed.”

“Cade and his team came and did the VIP deep cleaning on 3 systems! It was a difficult job and the repaired, cleaned duct work and each unit including all grills and repairing leaks in the system. Cade was professional, an excellent communicator about each finding and the exact repairs and condition of the units before and after their work. It was long overdue with some mold and dust. We have never had this VIP service and lived here 16 years. It was well worth the deep cleaning and repairs. We would highly recommend Webb Air and ask for Cade! Our home HVAC system was ready to stop working so a friend recommended that I contact Webb Air Conditioning on Riverside in Fort Worth, TX. I made the call and someone came to the house, talked about the types of systems that were available and recommended systems that would be best suited for our needs. Once we decided the unit that we wanted Jason Reed, Webb AC supervisor, started the process by measuring where the unit was going to go and then placed the order. He talked about every step in the process so there were no surprises as work proceeded. On installation day two technicians arrived and began working on the installation. They worked right through lunch without stopping to eat to get our unit working for us as soon as possible. We have not had any problems with the HVAC system since it was installed. Webb AC has contacted me several times to see how the unit was doing and if I had any problems or questions. I do not want to buy another HVAC but if I have to buy one I am going to call Jason Reed at Webb Air Conditioning.”
