If you enjoy being incarcerated, if you want an attorney who spinelessly kowtows to the prosecution against you, who will fight hard for you to receive a prison sentence, and who has no respect or esteem for for the US or Texas Constitutions, “Bill” is definitely your guy! On the other hand, if you want an attorney who upholds the Lawyer’s Creed, who adheres to the Rules of Professional Conduct, who will be on YOUR side, and who actually cares about you and your case, DO NOT hire this attorney. If he’s been court-appointed to your case, do whatever you can to pay for and retain a different attorney, or plead desperately with the court to appoint a different attorney to represent you or your incarcerated loved one!
