Both his plumbing skills and software skills were totally fantastic and very professional. If there's ever a need for a plumber, then I would surely recommend you ask for Miles to be your plumber. I'm not sure there's many things that he could not do but when it comes to installing a water heater, he sure is the best. Great job Miles, and many thanks sharing your plumbing skills on this install.”

“Excellent service. Water heater died right at the end of the year.. not the bill i wanted to pay after Christmas, but some things are out of our control. Called mutliple business's, but Yes! Was the only company that actually answered. Very professional call agent, and was able to get a tech out at the end of the day. The tech, Miles, was very informative and i appreciate that he didnt try to "Sell or Tell" me what i needed. He performed a diagnosis, and laid out the facts and options, and let me decide for myself.
