About

Zedic Aire runs HVAC work out of Fort Worth, Texas, focusing on air conditioning and heating systems for homes in the area. The company handles repairs when units break down, regular maintenance to keep things efficient, and new installations when homeowners need upgrades. Some customers have stuck with them since 1995 under an earlier name, showing they stick around for the long haul in a city where summer heat and sudden cold snaps test equipment hard. Techs cover everything from basic tune ups to tracking down odd problems across multiple units on one property.

They send crews out for service calls that include thorough checks like the one Cayden did when he spent three and a half hours going over four units and locating a missing filter section that had been overlooked. Raylen keeps up the routine visits under annual contracts that come twice a year to catch issues early. Manny diagnosed a loose bolt on an outdoor unit that only rattled when the upstairs system ran full speed and knocked a plastic piece into the fan. Chandler sorted out cooling failures on systems that had equipment glitches and got them running again without delay. Maintenance plans and installations fit into the same steady approach that avoids guesswork on what needs fixing next.

Homeowners keep coming back because the techs show up on time, explain what they find in plain terms, and finish jobs without dragging things out or adding surprise costs. Reviews point to solid quality on diagnostics, quick turnarounds even on tricky noise or performance problems, and fair pricing that matches the upfront quotes. Communication stays direct with no runaround on what a repair will take. DIRT Score 5.0 from 626 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

I had service today my tech was Cayden. He was friendly, knowledgeable and tenacious in hunting for our missing filter section (I'm sorry I forgot what it's called). He was very through with looking over all 4 of our units. He spent 3.5 hours just making sure he had all the facts to present to me. He made sure I understood our options and took pictures and promised to send me a detailed written explanation so I could present it to our corporate headquarters. I am hoping he's the tech they send out to carry out the work that needs to be done I feel He was trustworthy and knows his stuff.

We've been AireServ customers sinc e 1995 (they had a different name back then) and have never had a problem with them. We've always had very friendly and prompt service techs, this time Raylen being our technician who kept up the streak. We have a service contract where they come out twice a year with the goal to catch problems before they happened and it appears to work since we rarely lose our air conditioning and heat. When we do experience a breakdown, they are out quickly and the problem is fixed promptly if the part is availalbe. They do sometimes make recommendations along with an explanation during their checkups and many times we follow thru with what they suggest.

We have occasional issues with the system AireServ installed. So far they seem to be equipment related and we have had good experience on extended warranty getting these issues addressed in a timely manner. Chandler was courteous and and knowledgeable and got our AC cooling properly again in a few hours and all it cost was a $50 emergency/weekend fee.

I started hearing an unusual noise from my outdoor AC unit whenever the upstairs air conditioner was running. Manny came out to diagnose the problem, and it turned out to be a loose bolt causing a plastic piece to strike the fan—but only when the system was running at full speed. It wasn’t an obvious issue, so I really appreciated the detective work he put into tracking it down. Manny thoroughly inspected both the outdoor and indoor units to make sure there weren’t any other problems. He clearly explained what was happening, showed me the cause, and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed, and his attention to detail gave me confidence that the issue was properly resolved. I highly recommend Manny if you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, meticulous, takes the time to diagnose problems correctly, and addresses them.

Great professional service! Amazing customare care! Great technical support! Outstanding communication, maintaining timelines and keeping promises! However, the price for the service in my opinion is insane. $3K for just a blower motor that cost on some at least on websites, 1.2K?; it's a huge disparity. And to expensive in my opinion. Otherwise, thank you so much for professional, timely response and business.
