HS3 Roof King

HS3 Roof King operates out of Fountain Hills, Texas, where they handle HVAC work for local homes. In this part of the state the summers hit hard with intense heat that puts a lot of stress on cooling systems. Homeowners often deal with units that struggle to keep up or break down when you need them most. The crew knows the local conditions well and focuses on getting systems running right again without dragging things out. They cover standard HVAC needs in the area, working on both older setups and newer installs that face the same tough weather patterns year after year.

They show up for service calls on air conditioners that quit during the worst heat or furnaces that act up when the weather turns. The team handles repairs on compressors, replaces worn parts, and checks over entire systems to spot issues before they leave you without cool air. They also take on full installations when an old unit needs to go and a new one goes in its place. Maintenance visits help keep things running steady through the seasons, with checks on filters, coils, and electrical connections. Work gets done on site with the tools needed to handle most residential jobs in Fountain Hills without needing extra trips back to the shop.

Customers give them high marks for showing up when promised, doing work that lasts through the next heat wave, and keeping prices clear from the start. The crew explains options in plain terms so there are no surprises on the bill or timeline. That steady approach shows up across the feedback from people who needed quick fixes or full system work. “We hired Roof King to repair and redcoat our flat roof in Fountain Hills, to remedy a very poor re-coating job by a prior licensed contractor. The job Roof King did in bringing the roof up to a very high level of quality and condition was nothing short of remarkable. Hunter Ryan, the President of Roof King supervised the job and also conducted a final inspection of the roof, including cleaning all the exterior surfaces of the skylights! The kind of attention to detail and customer interface that Hunter and his crew provided was extraordinary and most welcomed. We have lived in our house for two decades and would highly recommend Roof King for their roofing expertise, and for their remodeling services as well. Roof King is the kind of outstanding vendor that gives Fountain Hills a great r”

“We had our entire roof replaced with 50-year GAF ArmorShield II shingles and all fascia replaced on both our home and shed. The workmanship was absolutely superb — every detail was done perfectly. The crew was professional, efficient, and left everything clean when they finished. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-notch roofing job.”

“Beware! I trusted this company to repair the roof on my home, which was built in 2012 and purchased by me in 2022. When I first had them assess the roof that same year, they suggested a full roof replacement, which seemed excessive at the time. Repairing the leak—which would have been a reasonable solution and should have been their focus. Yet just 2 years and 10 months later, leaks started appearing again. The warranty was only for 2 years, and I didn’t expect the roof to fail so soon after it expired. Hunter from the company did come to assess the roof and explained what he believed caused the leak. I even asked for a quote to see how much it would cost and considered giving them another chance, but I also told him that I would be having other roofing companies inspect the issue for a s”

“Roof King, we extend our gratitude for the outstanding work done on our new roof at our new home. It looks fantastic! The workers were punctual, arriving early on Monday, and completed the roof by late Monday afternoon, cleaned up everything. This morning, Chad carried out a inspection and responded to our questions in a professional manner. We are satisfied with the final result. Thank you. R&D Nelson”

“I recently had the pleasure of working with Roof King, and I can't say enough great things about their quality and professionalism. They did a full roof on a 3100 sqft home with a detached garage including upgrading the trim and fascia for me. From start to finish, they were nothing short of exceptional. The team was professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. My new roof looks fantastic and very modern (just what I wanted). The crew was punctual, respectful, and left my property spotless once the job was completed. Keep up the great work!”

“Roof King was very easy to work with and very efficient. We worked with Jennifer Gibson she was the one that found the damage to our roof that enable us to get payment from our insurance company. Then we worked with Wanda Gonzales she was a pleasure to work with anytime we had questions. We also had the pleasure of hearing from Heidy Swatty she was very helpful.”

“As Church Administrator for Shepherd of the Hills Church I can say with all confidence you will be very pleased you hired Roof King/HS3 Construction. They are prompt, professional, organized and knowledgeable. We have completed several projects through them and have always been pleased.”

“Highly Recommend. The spray foam roof that you installed on our home is the best. Communication and professionalism was superb throughout the whole project. Concerns we had were handled in a very timely manner. Roof King knows their business. They were very helpful in overcoming obstacles to ensure the job was done correctly. On top of no more leaks, our home noticeably holds in the cool/warm air to our desired setting. Thank You, Jim and Janie Bell Payson AZ.”

“At a time when roofing companies were in very high demand in the Phoenix area, Hunter and his team were nonetheless extremely timely, professional and responsive. They inspected our damaged roof in a matter of a few days and we had an estimate very quickly thereafter which was quite reasonable. Our roof issues were repaired in well under 30 days start to finish which is particularly impressive given the high volume of work they were experiencing. Hunter himself was friendly and easy to deal with. I highly recommend.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Roof King. Their treatment of me as a client was superb. The men who replaced my roof were amazing!! They were very proficient, polite, roofed my home, patio cover, and 2 sheds. They finished all that, cleaned up, and left after a 12 1/2 hour day!! My roof looks beautiful and I have no worries about it! Thanks again!!”
