“I cannot say enough good things about Jaden who came out to perform our service. First, I called the company to check and make sure I didn’t miss the service guy because it was a few hours passed the time they stated they would be at our home. When I called, the lady sincerely apologized and had me put on the schedule that day and had someone out within 3 hours even though there was a glitch and miscommunication on their end about when our service was scheduled for. She was extremely helpful and ensured that I didn’t have to wait another day to have the service completed. Jaden came to my home and was so respectful, kind, professional, hard working, knowledgeable, courteous, and truly had the best customer service I have ever had from anyone performing a service for me at my home or elsewhere. Truly. He listened to all my concerns, he ensured he addressed each of them, he took photos and videos of each service or inspection he performed on our HVAC so I could see exactly what he was doing and talking about when he came back to explain what he found, how the parts should perform, how they were currently performing, etc. He ensured that I understood everything from start to finish. I could tell that he studied HVAC in college/trade school due to how knowledgeable he was and he confirmed this when I asked. If he didn’t know something, he immediately got on the phone and call his supervisor to find out and ensure that we had the best possible service on this day, no matter what. Jaden did not try to rush out of my home or off my property to get to the next job or end his day, he took his time and thoroughly went over everything. Jaden went from our attic to our crawl space to the breaker box, to the vents in each room, to the thermostat inside, and all the way back outside to the HVAC. He literally left no stone unturned. I could not have asked for a better service or a more professional and kind individual to perform our service. We will always ask for and request Jaden to perform our services. No doubt about that. I wish all service providers could take notes from Jaden because he is not just an awesome service provider, but also an awesome person! We appreciate Jaden for his work ethic, his morals and values, his professionalism, and who he is as a person! Would highly recommend Jaden at McCoys! “Absolutely one of the worst business in jackson. I scheduled a simple AC maintenance and the Tech forgot to put the drain pipe in the attic back into the proper drainage pipe. To "fix" it, all they did was but paint over the ceiling. A gross display of incompetence. I was offered no refund or credit to my account for future service. This is rhe 2nd time they've damaged my ceiling in 5 years. I paid $200 bucks for them to cause me a massive headache and property damage”

“When I called for service the lady was very nice on the phone. She had a tech at my house, within a couple of hours. He called beforehand, and he was very nice & courteous. He fixed the problem quickly, and didn’t try gouge, some local long time plumbers do. We will definitely be using them again.”

“These people sent a child to evaluate our problem (service call $90.00) he was here 40 min. Replaced a LIMIT SWITCH (a 10 dollar part). Our bill came to $256.00. Tried to ask why so much and he could not explain it. Called the Office and politely (on recording-mine) ask to speak to the Mgr. or owner PERIOD. Thomas got on the phone and started the car dealer rap to try and convince me that 90 + 10 = 256. I ask for a detailed record and he got nasty. Said he was a Marine (as if that was threatening) and told me that he don't need my business and I was disrespectful to the girl that answered the phone. My recording proves different. since we are ICED IN, I invited Thomas to come and talk to me about it. His reply was "I am not going to do that." MY reply was "I DID NOT THINK YOU WOULD" Repair persons are to (evaluate and make sure all is well before leaving. Now we have leaking gas in the house and my wife called and was told to call JEA that McCoy only did an electric repair. Now we have very dangerous situation where we did not. Talked to Tracy Spann/McCoy and she was very supportive of her staff...did not care about customer at all. This is recorded also. After their response I can also call them liars. Have never had any other service in Jackson as we have only been here 6 months. LIARS 1st class. Furthermore, the only thing they were threatened with is exposure of a rip off and stupidity;”

“I’ve been using McCoys for several years, Service team is usually great. I’ll ask guys who did my service we’re not overly friendly or explaining what they did in great detail as the previous ones head, but as far as I know, the service was good and communication was good”
