“My experience with this situation was concerning. My landlord brought this company in regarding what I believed to be mold and water damage issues connected to an ongoing leak. After I raised concerns that simply painting over possible mold/moisture damage without properly addressing the source of the leak did not seem appropriate, the work was suddenly canceled by the landlord and maintenance team. Also want to say big thanks to the installation plumber Carlos and his assistant who also were very careful with the apartment and left it clean at the end of the install. These guys did a piece of art installation compared to other projects I saw and of course my got rid of my nightmare old boiler (Utica Combi CCB-150). The team finished the job in a reasonable time and the installation wasn’t too long to be scheduled after initial quote and they went beyond the initial quote to make sure everything looked right according to code for inspection. It took 4 days for the system to work properly. Dave and his partner worked 2 days with the installation and did an excellent job. There were a couple of problems and the Pepe office sent Jose to troubleshoot. Jose worked diligently and did not leave until everything was fixed.”
