“Marco did an excellent job today. He came to diagnose and fix a problem on one unit. The drains were clogged and needed to be flushed out. On the second unit he diagnosed a faulty wiring job done by a different company that was causing the second unit not to work. It was a long day but he was tenacious and fixed the problems. He was polite, very knowledgeable and definitely a determined hard worker.”
