“Can't recommend enough.. Variable speed AC motor went out on the 15th of September. Left a message on their answering machine and was promptly called the next morning and put on the schedule for that day. Technician called 30minutes prior to arrival as requested and diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes. Technician then allowed my wife to pick up the parts from waco while he tended to another service call to save us money. Technician then came back that evening and replaced the unit and we were charged only for the time to diagnose and replace the motor + part. No up-sales of service, no parts price up charge, just honest hard working ac techs providing 1st class customer service. Will be my first and only call for any HVAC issues/services in the future.”

I called another company first but their phone number was out of service so I called Schuman's. Someone answered right away and had an appointment scheduled for me first thing the next day. When Jared the technician showed up he already had a good idea on what the problem was. He conducted a thorough inspection of my HVAC unit to rule out any other issues that could cause my blower motor to not run properly. Jared then called to locate a new motor and get a price.
