“Josh was Awesome. He identified the issue with our AC and immediately started to work on a solution for us. We ended up needing a new unit. After installation by another team from the company, Josh came out and inspected unit to insure all was working properly. He advised us how to maintain the unit working at its best. Cleaned out some lines and unit is working great. Josh was very knowledgeable and happy to assist with any questions. He was very professional and efficient. Thank you Josh.”

“So this company was assigned through my home warranty company to replace my hot water heater. I Paid this company 1200 dollars (in conjunction with what the home warranty paid them) for a water heater install that is leaking 7 months later. When I called them to alert them to the problem, they refused to honor the “one (1) year workmanship (hands on pipe repair) warranty” that is listed on their own estimate that I signed prior to the install. They claim since it was installed with the home warranty that their workmanship warranty does not apply and I would have to pay an additional fee just for them to come look at it. Now I'm having to pay and get it fixed with another company. The new company told me even when they work with home warranty companies, their work still includes a standard 1 year warranty so what this company is telling me is incorrect. After saying all of this, I would stay far away from this company.”
