“I’ve been seeing Dr. Ko for over five years, and I couldn't ask for a better primary care provider. He truly listens to my concerns and always makes me feel comfortable during visits. He consistently goes the extra step to ensure I’m well taken care of. Plus, the office staff is always friendly and professional. Highly recommend!”

“I started seeing Dr. Ko about 4 years ago. In that time, he's always been attentive to my needs, well-prepared for my visits, able to patiently explain my test results so that I can understand, and quick to respond to referral requests. The clinical support team has always been friendly and efficient, so my office visits go quickly and smoothly. The only issue I ever had with this THR officer was with the front office team's efficiency when they initially moved to the new office, but they seemed to have worked out any kinks and hired enough people to support the office.”

“I saw Dr. Ko in June of 2023 to establish him as a new primary care doctor after years of feeling passively ignored by previous healthcare providers. I went into his office feeling a little apprehensive about the experience I was going to have, but his level of care did not disappoint. He has an excellent manner of speaking and explaining. I felt that he was attentive, knowledgeable, genuinely wanted to advocate for me & help me understand AND resolve my health issues/concerns. He ordered routine bloodwork with additional panels that should have been ordered YEARS ago. A few of my results were available the next day & he messaged me to let me know what the bloodwork meant. His care team was super friendly, had a good sense of humor, and were personable and caring group of ladies. I see there are some one star reviews for Dr. Ko and his team, but that was NOT my experience there. If you're looking a new provider, go out on a limb and choose Dr. Ko and his team. I left the appointment with tears in my eyes because it was the first time I have felt heard by a doctor in a very long time. Thank you Dr. Ko & your excellent team!”
