They were hired to service our AC before we moved in and when the same issues came up just weeks later, they told us the work was under warranty yet they repeatedly failed to follow through. They promised multiple visits, never showed up, stopped answering calls, and even screened our calls when we tried to reach them. I suspect they didn't actually service the AC units and the work they did do to install a drip tray was so poorly done that we had to fix it upon moving in. It’s especially disappointing because they have so many 5-star reviews, but our experience was completely different — no accountability, no reliability, and no customer service. If you want a company that stands by their work and honors their word, look elsewhere.”
