“John or Johnny. Picked up and was very helpful on the phone. That’s where it ends. He sent his 17 yr old son out to my job. Ac not cooling, the son doesn’t have any tools. Zero., doesn’t have the adapters for the ac valves. Determines its plum empty. Puts 29 ounces of Freon in the system. Then says it full. Yet the system. Calls for 77 ounces. After that. I have to instruct this child to test for leaks on the evaporator side. Basically show him like hey. Kid. Aren’t you going to check for leaks? Thank goodness I had some tools for him to use. Found a small leak at a connection. Cool. Fixed that. The bill 281 dollars for Freon and service call. Paid it., 2 days later. Same issue. Now Johnny. The owner. Of a business. Says “I will be out there tomorrow”. Never shows. Won’t answer the phone. Won’t answer texts. STAY AWAY FROM THIS JOKE OF A MAN. THIS SORRY EXCUSE FOR A HUMAN. GUY JUST STOLE MY MONEY. SIMPLE AS THAT. LOSER. You got my address. Come get some little man.”
