Superior Plumbing Electrical Htg & Air
HVAC Contractor · Gaines County, TX
About
Superior Plumbing Electrical Htg & Air handles HVAC work across Gaines County, Texas along with electrical and plumbing services as part of a family-run operation. The outfit focuses on commercial construction, tenant improvements, remodels and emergency calls that run around the clock. They cover new builds and maintenance for retailers and other specialty projects while keeping crews ready for heating and cooling repairs in the area. Their approach ties mechanical and plumbing tasks together so jobs stay coordinated from start to finish without extra layers of coordination.
Technicians respond to home warranty requests for leaking bathtub faucets and corner tub pipes where simple cartridge swaps often turn into bigger pipe work. Michael has shown up on faucet jobs only to find the pipe too stuck to turn without cutting access holes in walls. Adel steps in on some calls to line up follow-up crews for leaky corner tub lines that need fast attention. The crews manage both routine HVAC tune-ups and sudden plumbing tie-ins that show up together on the same property.
Homeowners give mixed marks on communication and the ability to finish basic repairs without added steps or delays. Some note steady outcomes when Adel handles the scheduling while others point out rough interactions and incomplete fixes on cartridge jobs that leave pipes untouched. Speed and quality vary enough that price complaints surface when extra wall work gets proposed. DIRT Score 2.51 from 56 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say
“I would give 0 stars if I could. I had a very disappointing experience with Superior Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning. The owner was rude, lacked clear communication, and was not transparent throughout the process. I called through my home warranty for what should have been a simple cartridge replacement in one of my bathrooms. Instead, the owner claimed I needed an unnecessary pipe modification and quoted me $450 out of pocket. This felt completely dishonest and like an attempt to upsell work that was not actually needed or covered. Because of this experience, I requested that my home warranty company not send this contractor to my home again. Another company came out afterward, provided an honest diagnosis, and completed the repair without any upselling. No cutting into my walls, no pipe modification, just a simple cartridge replacement, exactly what was needed from the start. I do not recommend this company. If you’re using a home warranty, be cautious. This felt like a clear attempt to charge extra despite coverage.”
“If you take the time to read through the long list of satisfied customer reviews, you’ll notice something that stands out immediately: the consistency. Review after review points to the same undeniable truth about this company and its owner, Adel — they deliver exceptional service, every single time, without excuses, without delays, and without the runaround that so many homeowners have grown used to. This isn’t a company that gets lucky with a few good jobs. This is a company that has built its reputation on years of showing up, solving problems correctly, and treating customers with the kind of respect and professionalism that has become rare in the trades. The praise they receive isn’t exaggerated — it’s earned through real results and real reliability. One of the strongest indicators of a contractor’s true value is who trusts them behind the scenes. Home‑warranty companies don’t just pick random plumbers out of a phone book. They choose the most dependable, skilled, and proven professionals because their own reputations depend on it. When a warranty company sends someone to your home, they’re staking their name on that technician’s ability to diagnose accurately, fix the issue properly, and leave the customer satisfied. The fact that they repeatedly choose Adel’s team tells you everything you need to know. They rely on him because he delivers — not once, not occasionally, but consistently. We’ve been using their services for years, and the difference is night and day compared to anyone else in town. Adel’s team doesn’t just show up — they show up on time. They don’t just fix the problem — they fix it correctly. They don’t just offer solutions — they offer the right solutions, backed by experience, technical skill, and a genuine commitment to doing the job properly. When they say they’ll be there, they’re there. When they say they’ll fix something, it gets fixed. And when a problem is complicated, they don’t guess or experiment — they diagnose, explain, and resolve. In an industry where too many contractors cut corners, rush through jobs, or leave homeowners with temporary patches that fail weeks later, Adel stands out as the rare professional who takes pride in doing things the right way. His integrity shows in every interaction. His expertise shows in every repair. And his reliability shows in every appointment he keeps. There is simply no other plumber in town who matches this combination of skill, punctuality, honesty, and long‑term dependability. Adel and his team have earned our trust completely, and after years of working with them, I can say without hesitation that anyone who hires them will understand exactly why their reputation is so strong — and why so many customers refuse to call anyone else.”
“My home warranty sent this company for a leaking bath tub faucet. Michael could not unscrew the pipe to change the cartridge. He told me they would have to make a hole in the back wall, cut and repair the pipe. My home warranty could not cover the pipe repair or provide a contractor to repair the wall I called Klaus and sons and they changed the cartridge in less than a half hour”
“There are many negative reviews, I wanted to add my positive experience. Old Republic (warranty company) assigned Superior Plumbing to my issue, which was a leaky pipe from a corner tub. Adel (owner, I presume) was very nice and determined my issue needed attention right away. He assigned a gentleman named Michael, who was professional and able to determine and fix the problem, once approval came through from Old Republic. When Adel missed my phone call, he called me back right away, apologizing for missing the call. Michael was able to cut the access opening and even took a video of my leak to show me, which turned out to be two leaks (both hold and cold). Now I'm just waiting for Old Republic to assign another company for the drywall repair. THANK YOU, MICHAEL, FOR MAKING A STRESSFUL SITUATION SO PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH.”
“Same as everyone else. I was referred to this company by my home warranty (Old Republic). They scheduled someone to come out without calling me. Luckily I called them so I was able to leave work to be there when the technician showed up. They looked at my AC then left because they needed to run it by the warranty. Superior hasn't called me since. I called them to schedule with them after the warranty said they wouldn't cover it. The owner, Adele, said he'd call me back. Never has so now I am looking for someone else. If you have a home warranty just know, unless it is covered, this company isn't going to help you.”
