What Customers Say

Advantage Service was exceptional. I had been using another well known local HVAC company but I think they got too big and forgot about the customer. Advantage Service from the desk to the technician exceeded my expectations. The level of communication and a knowledgeable tech working on a not so simple system and then the follow up to advise on next steps has been phenomenal. Will definitely continue to use them.

Advantage always takes great care of our service needs. This time was no acception. At our yearly maintenance appointment James noticed an issue and tried to take of it right away. Unfortunately he had to get a part and make a return trip. He was back first thing the next morning with the new part and everything is up and running. This is why we have been with them for our home since 2014 and our business properties since 2011.

Great service from start to finish. Nick was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions regarding my Generac generator maintenance. The customer service was excellent from the initial scheduling phone call through the completion of the appointment. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of generator service. I also plan to use them again soon to have my HVAC system inspected. Thank you.

I have a 1 bath house. I also discovered I needed a new toilet. I call Advantage Service Company, and was assured we could get a plumber to my home soon. I ran to Lowes and got a toilet and supply line, and the plumber called me as I pulled into the driveway saying he was 10 minutes out. In short, Advantage Service Company took very good care of me. Thank you, Miller for doing such a wonderful job and taking the time to say hi to the cat.

I personally didn’t like my experience. I asked the service to do 3 things: change the kitchen & toilet valves, check water pressure & inspect any leaks on crawlspace. I was charged $500 only for the valve replacement service. I also mentioned the water hammer sound on pipe when I flush the toilet. I asked to check the water pressure but was not done like I was told. Today, I learned my water pressure was 120 PSI and inspection on CrawlSpace was not done. Now I found another leak outside my house
