“When the Link sales representative, Josh L., came to the house, he was very professional, took the time to answer every question we had, and provided recommendations as to placement of the AC units to ensure they would be most efficient. He came to the house a second time to make sure all his calculations were accurate and to make sure he had addressed any concerns or questions we may have had. Prior to the installation, Michael B., the Installation Foreman, came to the house and spent about two hours surveying all they areas of the house, both inside and out, that were going to be affected by the installation of the AC units. The actual installation of our new AC system could not have been smoother. The primary installers, Wyatt L. and Luke A. were extremely professional and knowledgeable. The installation took three days, and each day they arrived early and worked non-stop, even during rainstorms. I don't think they ever took a break. They made every effort to keep the work area clean as they progressed and at the end of the day left it as clean as when they started. They're overall knowledge of the very complicated system they were installing was impressive. When the installation was complete, they thoroughly tested it to ensure it was operating properly then provided a detailed explanation on how to operate the system. Without exception, this experience, and the interaction with all the various Link employees, was the most professional work we have ever had done on any home we have owned. I would have absolutely no reservations or hesitation in recommending Link Service Heating & Cooling.”

“Editing the review and score based on working with Link to resolve our issues. They reached out to us in order to better understand what our issue was and how to resolve it. Long story short, it ended up with Carrier covering a portion and Link helping cover some of it as well. They understood our unit was relatively new and shouldn't have had the issues it did and worked with us to come to a reasonable resolution. We are keeping our install of the new Minisplits with them and look forward to having them put in Monday!”

“Never used Link before. They were recommended by a friend. Setting up the appointment was very easy. I liked the email and text reminders about the time AND when our technician was on his way and when he arrived. Very polite and courteous. Most importantly, VERY KNOWLEDABLE and knew how to diagnose the issue. I felt like he was confident in the problem and worked to resolved it straight away. The cost to fix the problem seemed reasonable. We have our AC back within 48 hours of it going down. Very pleased and will use them again.”

During the free estimate, the salesman discussed options for parts I may or may not have wanted included or replaced while the work was being done - with no pressure to select the most expensive or to rush into a contract. The install team was fabulous. They did a great job matching the connections, upgrading valves, and answering all my questions. I appreciated the follow up "happy visit" to delivery warranty paperwork and ensure that I was pleased with everything. Link even took care of filing rebate applications.”
