He said that they treated him right and that I should give them a call. When I called, they were very courteous and professional. They had a tech not too far from my house and asked if it would be okay to stop by that evening. That was perfect. Leonel was the tech who came by. Again, he was extremely professional and courteous. He went to work right away, diagnosed the issue, gave me a price, and repaired the unit. Soon, the house started cooling down, and my family was happy again. He didn't try to run the bill up like other companies. Other companies come out and tell you that they need to replace all kinds of parts, just to squeeze more money out of you. Leonel didn't do that. He was honest and very knowledgeable. That means a lot to me. I will certainly use them again without hesitation. If I could give this rating more stars, I would.”
