“I had Neighbor’s A/C come out only for a bad thermostat. I am highly upset because after the service was complete, I saw a charge of $400 on my card. The repairman never told me the price for the thermostat, so I stupidly assumed it would be $100 or so. I was charged $295 for a thermostat replacement without any indication of the price. If I would’ve known that, I would’ve just gone and bought the exact same one myself at the store as they go for $60/$70 for the exact same one. Not happy at all with how this turned out.”
