“Very Professional service. They were efficient and provide strong competitive pricing. They added an exhaust fan to a master bathroom and added the switch required. I would definitely recommend their services.”

“service was quick, professional and informative with all details given along the way. They took care of my leaking into a/c pan, drained my system and showed me how to do it myself for up keep. They also put a new pipe ststem then what I had. Service fee: $110 but deducts with service so we paid $59. New drainage pipe $187. They also have a membership for $219 with 2 yearly HVAC tune ups a year and priority scheduling for future calls and some other discounts.”

“I been a loyal customer of Donovan’s for many years. I belong to their maintenance program and have always appreciated their technicians, speedy service and on time appointments. I did have two faucets installed in my bathroom and the job was done well. The issue is that their pricing has become unreasonable and not in line with the complexity of the job. I provided the faucets, the old hardware was easy to remove and the technician was here for about an hour and I was charged $750 after my loyalty discount. I have been a faithful customer, agreed to the cost and approved the install. I did tell the tech it was an absorbent price but moved forward. I’m am very disappointed in their pricing and will have to look elsewhere for future jobs. I think this little company I have supported for so long has gotten a little big for my taste and lost sight of the value they once provided.”

“My air conditioner quit blowing cool air this past Friday night before the 4th of July. I called Donovan early Saturday a.m. and made an appointment. I was fearful that I'd end up paying a fortune just because of the holiday. To my wonderful surprise, I was wrong. Adam came to my house, diagnosed the problem, which endeded up being a simple fix, a capacitor. He was in and out in less than 1 1/2 hours. He explained every detail and was very professional and thorough. Donovan was more than fair with the price. I was extremely relieved, happy and very impressed. It was an exceptional experience starting with the girl that answered the phone all the way to the end. I had cold air blowing in no time! I actually recommended them to a co-worker today and told them about my great experience. I will recommend them to everyone I know that has A/C problems, including you... the stranger that's reading this. If you are in need of A/C repair or replacement, these are your guys. “Our AC went out overnight leading into Memorial Day. I have a pregnant wife and a 2-year old daughter, so I was concerned about the heat. Before reaching out to family and friends for assistance, I decided to schedule a maintenance call with Donovan. I scheduled it online for the next day. Within 30 minutes of scheduling, Dan, the dispatcher, reached out to let me know they had techs working on the holiday and asked if we would like to have someone come out same day. That was a LIFE SAVER. In under two hours from scheduling online, we had a tech at our house. Jason H. was prompt, honest, and very friendly. Our blower motor had gone out on the air handled and needed replacing. He had the part on his truck and was able to completely fix our situation in less than an hour. I told Jason there, and I want to say it here, Donovan has a lifelong customer in the Glennon family. I could not be happier with every phase in the process -- and the fact that we had such prompt response time on a holiday was amazing. Great company. Great experience.”
