“Great service Weeks provided for the maintenance check for my generator! No company does better with generators - from installing to maintaining. And no technician is better than Alondra! I am on the affordable yearly maintenance plan, so there was no charge for the maintenance check. The battery needed to be replaced - it was 3 years old. The price I paid for that was very reasonable. No complaints on that. Thank you Weeks! (Nancy Ellis)”

He helped me communicate with Center Point when they became rude and obnoxious over the phone and in person. He and his coworker went over and above in making sure everything was done by code and kept me informed of the progress. Also each lady I spoke with in the office was gracious and helpful.”

“Technicians came out for an a/c and plumbing check. The a/c guy, Chris H was great! He explained everything thoroughly and suggested a few things to improve the life of my unit as well as keep my house cooler. He was polite and courteous. He had to make a 2nd trip as 1 of the items I purchased was not on his truck. When he returned, he was quick and professional in installing the attic tent, explaining as he went. The plumbing guy seemed to be less experienced and not as likely to go above and beyond like Chris H did. He did flush out my tankless water heater with no problems. Overall, I was pleased with the service I received from Weeks and would recommend the company.”
