“Called Acclaim Air Conditioning and Heating and spoke to Donna. She was very helpful and got me quickly set up within two hours of the call. Michael came out and quickly assessed the problem. Shockingly, the gas line had never been connected by the prior contractor -Rockwall One Hour Air. The HVAC unit was purchased new( only 6 months old) and the unscrupulous owner ( Nathan Dickinson) never told me it was not even finished. He just left me high and dry . Acclaim got it done. Michael was outstanding. He completed quickly and efficiently providing the before and after photos. He was straight with me, easing my concerns after being burned by the previous company. This is a stand-up company who have earned and will have my HVAC business in the future.”
