“Had our AC go out in the middle of this Texas heat and apple ac and heat came out fast and got us taken care of the same day. Very professional, honest, and reliable from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, gave a fair price, and had the system running perfectly again in no time. It’s hard to find companies you can truly trust, but these guys exceeded expectations. “Previous positive reviews are100% correct, this is a top, if not the TOP HVAC system repair company in the DFW area by far. I called Apple, Friday afternoon after reading many reviews of a/c repair companies. As I thought most companies were not able to come until Monday or Tuesday if they were able to come the next day it was a emergency call which was triple the normal service call fee! That was until I called Apple and spoke to John who not only was able to come the next day, he even offered to send a service tech that evening! Which I turned down thinking these guys work very hard, in and out of the heat all day long. Let them relax and go home!!! John, I believe is a co-owner of Apple said he would personally be making the service call and wondered if 9 am would be okay. Of course I said yes, so I texted him all my information. Around 830 the next morning I received a text from John stating he was on his way. A short time later he was at the door. After showing him around the property he got to work with modg thorough and detailed estimate I’ve ever seen, including videos, photographs, and diagrams of my problem, which was hardly any freon as my coils were leaking. lHe even looked up and see if my system was still under warranty, which it was the only thing I wasn’t sure about was the warranty labor cost. He told me to call the installation company to find out about the labor warranty. Of course he could do the repair if the install company did not cover the labor warranty. He even said, half of my bill today will count against my final repair bill! Im so glad I found Apple repair the are a great and very thorough company that uses the latest technology for both of our benefits! If you need service to your HVAC system do not hesitate use Apple, you will be very happy you did!!!”
